Moon River Brewing Company

Located on Bay Street, right near City Hall, is the Moon River Brewing Company.  They have plenty of choices under $10 and the food is excellent.  It makes for a great place for lunch while you're in Savannah.  They also have a wide selection of beers, some of them being award winning.  We'd definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Savannah.
