Jo Jo's Cupcake & Cream

On a beautiful spring day in downtown Annapolis, MD, we were craving some of the wonderful looking cupcakes AND ice cream that others were walking around town with. Then we stumbled across Jo Jo's, which offers a 1 scoop of ice cream and cupcake sundae combo (perfect!). We chose the Cookie Monster cupcake and Cookie Monster ice cream (because, YOLO?).

The cupcake was moist and the icing was delicious. The ice cream was creamy and had a lot of chunks in it. Combined, it was the perfect treat on a warm spring day.
