Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana

Our visit to the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana was everything we were hoping for and more. Compared to other all-inclusives we've stayed at, they did all of the little things right to make our stay an excellent one.

This gigantic resort was immaculately maintained. We did not notice any blemishes in terms of maintenance anywhere on the property. The room itself, which was the most basic room they offered, was very large. It had a great two-person jacuzzi, plenty of space to move about and a bathroom that was perfect for two people to get ready at the same time. The shower even had two shower heads. In addition, there were liquor dispensers in the room that were included in the price and 24/7 room service.

We found the food at the resort to be excellent for the most part (although the lunch at Toro was a bit disappointing). We had dinner at Ipanema, Los Gallos and Zen during our three nights, and they were all delicious.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, from the bartenders to the waiters to the bellboys.

The beach area had excellent sand. In addition, even though the hotel was almost full during our stay, there were still plenty of beach chairs always available, as well as spots near the various pools. There was also never a shortage of towels.

In addition, as this hotel is a Hard Rock, there is plenty of memorabilia on the property from various rock stars to enjoy. As well as a night club (that all the locals recommended) and evening beach parties and more.

When looking for an all-inclusive in Punta Cana, this would definitely be an excellent choice!
