Luxe Burger Bar
Luxe Burger Bar, located on Memorial Blvd., in downtown Providence, RI, was a fun find with amazing burgers. We both did the "build your own burger" option, pairing sauteed onions and pulled pork, and onion rings. One of us did the traditional beef burger and the other the leaner bison burger. Both were juicy and huge and delicious.
For sides, we ordered french fries and the cheddar tater tots. Both were fantastic.
We also ordered, to share, the S'mores Spiked Milkshake, made with marshmallow vodka and s'mores vodka and topped with roasted marshmallows. It was the perfect accompaniment to our very rich burgers.

Maliks Kvarten Bistro
For a quick lunch, we stopped into Maliks Kvarten Bistro, located just off Karl Johans Gate in Oslo. The place, a fast casual restaurant in which a number of locals stopped in for a take out lunch or a quick, but hearty, lunch.
We ordered the wiener schnitzel, served with rice, salad and buttered corn. The meat was very good, with a crispy breading and a moist meat.
We also ordered the chicken burger. The burger was fantastic - moist with a great sauce (I've had nothing like it, a pale orange-y sauce the color of thousand island dressing that tasted like mayonnaise and Italian dressing combined) and topped with lettuce and served with a salad, buttered corn and french fries that are life changing (seriously, best fries ever).
Maliks Kvarten Bistro is very quick, with a small seating area and open for lunch and into the late night.

Wholly Cow Burgers
With so many dining options in downtown Austin, may we recommend Wholly Cow Burgers, on Congress Street. Using locally sourced, grass fed beef, the burgers are then topped with fresh tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce, ketchup and mayo.
The burgers were fantastic, and just the right size that we were able to finish them and our fries, without feeling stuffed.

The Dillinger
The Dillinger
The Bugsy
In Boulder City, NV, the best burger in town (and maybe the best burger I've ever had) is at The Dillinger.
We ordered the signature burger, the Dillinger, which is a bacon cheeseburger that is topped with a very moist beef brisket. The burgers are huge (1/2 lb.), but delicious and even when cooked to medium well remain moist and juicy. It's clear someone in the kitchen knows their way around a burger and a grill. The Dillinger is then topped with cheese, strips of bacon, and a nice sized portion of some of the best beef brisket I have ever tasted.
The Bugsy, similar to the Dillinger, has cheese and bacon, and then has a healthy portion of sautéed onions on top. The onions were surprisingly sweet onions that were cooked to a soft state and paired wonderfully with the burger base.
We had read on FourSquare to try the onion rings. The burgers come with french fries with the option to upgrade to onion rings. The onion rings were phenomenal. The onions were cooked through while the outside was crispy and crunchy.
The service was friendly, although the restaurant was busy for a Saturday late afternoon.
