Residence Inn Hanover Lebanon

We only got to spend 1 night at the Residence Inn, in Lebanon, NH, but it definitely could have served for a longer stay.  The front desk staff we interacted with were friendly.  Our room was very clean and spacious.  The wi-fi signal was strong while we were there, and free.

In the morning, the free breakfast provided was ample and tasty, although finding a seat in the dining area can be difficult.  It looked like there was another dining area which was closed due to a business meeting the morning we were there though.

The hotel itself is about a 10-15 minute drive to the Dartmouth campus, so it is pretty close for anyone who needs it as a jumping off point to the college.  There's also a Mexican restaurant, Margarita's in the same parking lot, which is convenient and was good for dinner and drinks, albeit a little bit overpriced.

Margaritas Mexican Restaurant

In the same parking lot as the Residence Inn Hanover Lebanon, is Margaritas Mexican Restaurant. With locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, and a new location in Pennsylvania, Margaritas is what you would expect from a chain Mexican restaurant.

We ordered the The Mexican Flag and Tios Mexican Combo. Both were good, but nothing to write home about. I found the Mexican Flag to be good but got to be overwhelming with cheese and onions quickly. The combo was nice because the three offerings were more varied than in the Mexican Flag.

We also ordered the white wine peach sangria, which was very good, but included a lot of ice compared to sangria itself. The carafe is the better deal, which has about three glasses in it.
