Moss Glen Falls - Stowe

This hidden gem can be hard to find.  If you use Google Maps, it will get you in the right direction.  Some more specific directions can be found by clicking here.  As you walk from the very small parking area (which you'll know you've hit since you'll see a sign that says Moss Glen Falls), be cautious as it can get muddy and steep towards the end.

However, you'll be rewarded with a gorgeous view of this waterfall if you make the short hike to it.  Unfortunately, when we went it was just turning into nighttime, so our camera wasn't picking up the waterfalls, but you can see photos at the link above.  If you're in the area, which is right by the Stowe Ski resorts and the Ben & Jerry's Factory, you should definitely check this waterfall out!

Moss Glen Falls - Granville

The Moss Glen Falls in Granville is much easier to find than the one located in Stowe.  Located directly on Route 100, this waterfall is beautiful.  There is a decent amount of parking right off the road, and then a walking path to get to the waterfall.  The picture below I think speaks for itself and for anyone driving through the Green Mountains area, you should definitely check it out.  For some more details about the falls, click here.
